First we have an initial chat to help you choose which sevice best suits your needs.

Then we arrange for the collection of your tapes (see below)

Throughout the process we will keep you updated and when your DVD is completed we'll arrange delivery back to you together with your original tapes. We ask that you look at your DVD and come back to us within 1 week if you'd like any ammendments.

Collection

Realising your tapes are priceless we prefer to arrange our own competitively priced courier to collect them and then we will pay for the return of the tapes at the end of the job using our courier.

If you you would like to drop them off and pick them up in person we'd also be more than happy.

By Post

If however you choose to send your tape(s) by post, please wrap well using a protective material such as a padded post envelope or bubble wrap. Use Special or Recorded Delivery and clearly label the package FRAGILE.
